In the design of this semi-detached house located in the Fótliget residential park on a common plot stretching perpendicular to the street, it was essential to create clearly demarcated garden areas of the same value for the individual apartments, and to ensure the best possible privacy for the use of the garden areas and terraces.
In addition, taking into account all functional needs and the site's features and the building regulations, the two block-like building mass with half-gable roofs, with offset from each other, and the flat-roofed garage connecting them on the side were created.
The defining elements of the building are the wooden terraces and balconies combined with the shading grid formed in front of the wood-clad wall sections, which counterpoint the block-like masses with light architectural elements. On the roof terrace above the garage, the pergolas are its counterparts. The other wall surfaces of the building are plastered with burgundy and white coloring. The semi-gable roofs with a low inclination angle strengthen the modern character of the building.
