Construction contractors also like to think in terms of "standard plans" for the expediency and simplicity of construction. However, standard needs and standard site features do not exist. If the customers are selected during the conceptual design, it is still possible to modify the "standard plan" and customize it in terms of layout, choice of materials, colors, and certain details. It is essential that such plans allow for as many individual transformations as possible, in terms of room sizes, spatial relationships, connecting or separating spaces, especially with regard to the kitchen-dining-living room.

The last two pictures show such  houses, which can be applied as "standard plans". On one picture the interior of a passive house with a special construction system, constructed in Göd. The other example is a „standard house”, which has been built on two sites in Erdőkertes so far, but while in one case it was a one-story building on flat terrain, in the other case it was built on a steeply sloping plot with a partial basement.
